Ingredients:

  • 50 ml vodka

  • 25 ml raspberry liqueur

  • 30 ml green apple juice

  • 30 ml sweet & sour mix

  • 3-4 fresh strawberries

  • 10 ml simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

  • Ice

  • Strawberry slices and mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:

    • Chill the Glass: Fill the serving glass with ice. This helps keep the cocktail cold.

    • Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half.

  2. Mixing:

    • Using a Shaker: In a cocktail shaker, combine 50 ml vodka, 25 ml raspberry liqueur, 30 ml green apple juice, 30 ml sweet & sour mix, and 10 ml simple syrup. The simple syrup is optional and can be added for a touch of sweetness.

    • Add the Strawberries: Add the halved strawberries to the shaker.

    • Shaking: Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed. This ensures all the flavors blend together and the strawberry aroma infuses the cocktail.

  3. Serving:

    • Pouring the Mixture: Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass. Avoid using the ice from the shaker to keep the drink fresh and cold.​​​​​​

    • Strawberry Slices and Mint Leaves: Garnish the cocktail with strawberry slices and fresh mint leaves. This adds both visual appeal and fresh aromas to the drink.
