Spiced Caramel Delight Moctail

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml caramel syrup
  • 15 ml allspice sauce
  • 30 ml sweet & sour mix
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 10 ml agave syrup or honey
  • 60 ml sparkling water (for a fizzy touch)
  • Ice
  • Caramel syrup (for decorating the glass)
  • Cinnamon stick and orange slice (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preparation: Decorate the inside of the glass with caramel syrup. This adds visual appeal to the mocktail.

2. Mixing: In a cocktail shaker, combine the caramel syrup, allspice sauce, sweet & sour mix, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and agave syrup. Shake well.

3. Adding Sparkle: Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Stir gently.

4. Garnishing: Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an orange slice before serving.
