Ingredients:

• 40 ml Tropical Fruit Purée: A luscious, non-alcoholic infusion of tropical fruits like pineapple, mango, and passion fruit, offering a vibrant, exotic base.

• 25 ml Blackcurrant Syrup (Non-Alcoholic): A syrup that mirrors the bold, berry-rich essence of blackcurrant, providing depth and complexity without alcohol.

• 30 ml Blueberry Juice: Fresh, slightly tart blueberry juice that brings a rich color and berry-forward sweetness to the mocktail.

• 20 ml Sweet & Sour Mix: A zesty, tangy blend of citrus juices with a hint of sweetness that balances the mocktail’s flavors.

• Ice: High-quality ice to chill the mocktail without diluting the vibrant flavors.

• Garnish: Fresh blueberries, a twist of citrus peel, or a tropical fruit skewer, elevating the drink’s presentation.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Squeeze fresh lemon and lime for the sweet & sour mix. Ensure the tropical fruit purée and blueberry juice are ready to add their vibrant flavors.

    • Set aside the blackcurrant syrup and other ingredients for a smooth mixing process.

  2. Shake with Care:

    • Add premium ice to a cocktail shaker and pour in the tropical fruit purée, blackcurrant syrup, blueberry juice, and sweet & sour mix.

    • Seal the shaker tightly and shake gently but thoroughly for 15-20 seconds to ensure the flavors blend seamlessly and the drink is perfectly chilled.

  3. Serve with Style:

    • Strain the mocktail into a chilled coupe or rocks glass, highlighting the rich, berry and tropical colors that make this drink visually stunning.
