Prepare the Strawberries: Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half.
Mixing:
Using a Shaker: In a cocktail shaker, combine 50 ml raspberry syrup, 30 ml green apple juice, 30 ml sweet & sour mix, and 10 ml simple syrup. The simple syrup is optional and can be added for a touch of sweetness.
Add the Strawberries: Add the halved strawberries to the shaker.
Shaking: Secure the shaker lid and shake vigorously until the ingredients are well mixed. This ensures all the flavors blend together and the strawberry aroma infuses the mocktail.
Serving:
Pouring the Mixture: Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass. Avoid using the ice from the shaker to keep the drink fresh and cold.
Adding Sparkle: Top the mixture with 100 ml sparkling water. Stir gently to combine.
Garnishing:
Strawberry Slices and Mint Leaves: Garnish the mocktail with strawberry slices and fresh mint leaves. This adds both visual appeal and fresh aromas to the drink.
Extra Touch: For an extra touch, you can place a strawberry slice on the rim of the glass or add the mint leaves inside the drink.
Presentation Tips:
Colorful Ice Cubes: Freeze strawberry juice or mint leaves in ice cubes to add color and aroma to the mocktail.
